Versailles itself was amazing and exceeded expectations however the city Vision guide staff did not, it wasn’t clear what meeting point to go but then once at Versailles no info given just dropped off quickly, and guide went off with 1st group, 2nd group left standing, until we tracked him amongst the crowd at which point he took us in, we were half an hr late to our slot. once in all ok Versailles staff and organisation all very good. Pick up was again vague just look for same coach & driver!
