Kos recèle un patrimoine étonnant pour une petite île. Cette excursion exclusive d'une demi-journée vous fera voyager dans le temps et vous fera revivre la Grèce antique. Vous commencerez par la ville de Kos, puis vous visiterez l'Asclépiéion historique et terminerez votre journée dans le joli hameau de Zia, perché sur une colline.
La ville de Kos est imprégnée d'histoire, avec des monuments datant de l'Antiquité classique, en passant par les périodes byzantine et ottomane, jusqu'au rationalisme des années 1930. Vous parcourrez les rues qui vous mèneront à travers cette ville photogénique avec votre guide et vous vous imprégnerez de son mélange d'architectures et de sites touristiques au cours d'une promenade instructive.
Ensuite, nous nous dirigerons vers les ruines de l'Asclépiéion, au sommet d'une colline couverte de pins offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville de Kos et la Turquie au loin. Votre guide vous racontera l'histoire de ce « temple de la guérison » datant de 2 500 ans, puis vous aurez le temps de flâner à votre guise avant de prendre la route pour Zia. Vous aurez alors tout le temps de visiter la ferme pédagogique, de faire du lèche-vitrine dans les boutiques ou de siroter une boisson fraîche dans une taverne.
