Retken varaaminen Kaisa-oppaalta oli sujuvaa ja ystävällistä. Retkeä mainostettiin opastettavan kahdella kielellä (englanti ja saksa). Englannin kielinen opastus oli muutama hassu lause, eli retken anti jäi erittäin ohueksi, lähinnä maisemien katselua bussin ikkunasta. Pyysimme opasta ensimmäisellä pysähdyksellä kertomaan enemmän englanniksi. Hänen perustelunsa oli, ettei osaa kieltä kovin hyvin äidinkielensä ollessa saksa. Tämän jälkeen emme kuulleet englantia senkään vertaa. En suosittele!
