Ce qui vous attend

Commencez votre journée en sirotant un café grec dans un café traditionnel et en dégustant des loukoumades, des boules de beignets frites au miel appelées.

Vous vous rendrez ensuite dans l'une des plus anciennes pâtisseries du centre d'Athènes pour déguster une tarte étagée fourrée et croustillante à la pâte phyllo, appelée tyropita. Votre visite se poursuivra par une dégustation de koulouri, un bretzel trempé dans des graines de sésame, sur un stand de rue, comme le font la plupart des Athéniens chaque matin. Plus tard, vous dégusterez des spécialités locales uniques comme des tranches de viande, des fromages de plusieurs régions du pays, des olives et de l'huile d'olive extra vierge.

Votre guide local vous emmènera ensuite flâner dans les rues du marché central d'Athènes. Ici, vous sentirez les épices, goûterez les fruits frais et une variété de noix et entrerez dans l'agora de Varvakios, qui est le principal marché de viande et de poisson.

Votre visite se terminera par une dégustation de la cuisine de rue grecque la plus célèbre et la plus délicieuse, le glorieux Souvlaki.
